1 – You Obsess Over Certain Parts of Your Body
When you look in the mirror, do you tend to focus on one part or another? If you focus and obsess on the way your chin sags, or the space between your eyes, for example, chances are you have a negative body image.

People who have body image issues also have problems in social settings. They may think to themselves, “they are all looking at my ____”. They are so convinced that people just want to laugh at the way they look that they start to change the way they act just to conceal a perceived flaw. Is this you?
