You need to quiet that negative voice by replacing it with positive internal dialogue. A great way to do this is to immediately say something positive over and over in your mind, when a negative thought pops up. For example, if your thoughts say “I’ll embarrass myself if I give this presentation”, immediately repeat in your mind, “I’m going to knock this out the park.” It might seem silly but these positive internal messages will begin to rewire your brain.
